The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity and shower/tub combo for easy, comfortable routines. Down the hall, a serene second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and convenient access to a full hall bathroom just steps away — perfect for family or friends traveling together. Please note: This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend with you. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for a 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 40lbs or lower. Any dogs over 40lbs must be approved by the owner prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions! This condo is NON-SMOKING. Once you arrive, you will need to purchase your own car pass at the Sea Pines gate with $20 in cash.
