Welcome! This first floor, easily accessible, newly listed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort villa is the perfect home away from home. Sleeping up to 4 people, this condo has just been completely updated and professionally decorated. No expense was spared when renovating this beauty. The bedroom suite includes a Queen size bed, flat screen Roku Smart TV, and chic decor. Need room to squeeze in more guests? Take advantage of the twin bed in the hall and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is extremely spacious and includes a tub shower combo. The kitchen has all full sized appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with another Roky Smart TV. Step out in the morning to the serene marsh facing balcony. You’ll love to have coffee (made from either a Keurig or drip coffee maker) in the morning and listen to the wildlife. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, and community grills. Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! Speaking of the beach, umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys are provided - please let us know if you will need a beach wagon. We provide each guest with starter kits of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry & dishwasher pods. We also provide enough towels for each guest during your stay! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00. This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. Please let us know if you are bringing a service animal! This condo is NON-SMOKING or vaping, even on the balcony. This gated resort is calling your name!
