Nestled on the second floor of Ocean Villa A at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this beautifully designed one-bedroom retreat invites you to relax, recharge, and soak in the effortless beauty of island living. Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The spacious owner’s suite welcomes you first, featuring a plush king-size bed, a sleek Roku Smart TV for unwinding at day’s end, and generous storage to make settling in a breeze. Just beyond, the spa-inspired bathroom offers a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a marble vanity—perfect for rinsing away sandy toes after a day by the shore. The heart of the home unfolds into a bright, open living space where style meets comfort. The kitchen shines with full-sized stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and everything you need to prepare anything from quick beach snacks to leisurely dinners. Nearby, the inviting living area features a buttery-soft reclining leather sofa—ideal for sinking into after a sun-filled day—along with a flat-screen TV and cozy dining bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Then, step outside and let the view steal the show. Your private second-floor balcony offers a picture-perfect panorama—overlooking a fountain lagoon, the sparkling oceanfront pool, and the endless horizon beyond. It’s the kind of place where mornings begin slowly with coffee in hand and evenings melt into golden coastal sunsets. During your stay, you’ll enjoy private WiFi and thoughtful essentials to keep everything easy and carefree, from fresh towels to convenient starter supplies. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00. When it comes to fun, the resort truly has it all. Spend your days lounging by the island’s largest pool, challenge friends to tennis or pickleball on the lighted courts, or explore the grounds by bike. There’s a playground for little adventurers, grilling areas for laid-back dinners, and plenty of space to simply relax under the palms. When you’re ready for a little island flavor, Jamaica Joez—one of Hilton Head’s favorite tiki bars—serves up refreshing drinks, a full menu, and a lively atmosphere just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach. Want to explore beyond the resort? The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday. Please note: this resort has strict PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, and VAPE-FREE policies, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. A limit of two car passes are available for you during your stay.
