Tucked away on the first floor of Ocean Villa C at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this cozily designed one-bedroom condo invites you to recharge, relax, and soak up the gorgeous beauty of island life. Step inside and feel instantly at home. The owner’s suite welcomes you first, featuring a plush king-size bed, a TV with Google attachments for unwinding at day’s end, and ample storage to make settling in an easy task. Twin bunk beds are also provided which are perfect for the little ones! Just down the hall, the bathroom offers a tub & shower combo which is perfect for rinsing away all of the sand after a day by the shore. The epoch of the condo unfolds into an airy, open living space making you feel welcome. The kitchen provides you with full-sized appliances and everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from beach snacks to family dinners. The inviting living area features a plush couch (and sofa bed) along with a flat-screen Roku TV and spacious dining table for casual meals or morning coffee. Step outside on to the patio and let the view do the talking. Your private first-floor patio offers a view of a marsh lagoon which is the best for viewing the Island's wildlife. It’s the kind of place where mornings begin slowly with coffee in hand and evenings melt into bird song-filled sunsets. During your stay, you’ll enjoy private WiFi and thoughtful essentials to keep everything easy and carefree, from fresh towels to convenient starter supplies. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. It is located on the first floor of the building! When it comes to fun, the resort truly has it all. Spend your days lounging by the island’s largest pool, challenge friends to tennis or pickleball on the lighted courts, or explore the grounds by bike. There’s a playground for little adventurers, grilling areas for laid-back dinners, and plenty of space to simply relax under the palms. When you’re ready for a little island flavor, Jamaica Joez—one of Hilton Head’s favorite tiki bars—serves up refreshing drinks, a full menu, and a lively atmosphere just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach. Want to explore beyond the resort? The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday. Please note: this resort has strict PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, and VAPE-FREE policies, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. A limit of two car passes are available for you during your stay.
