Take advantage of the bunk beds, and queen size sleeper sofa offered for extra sleepers. The bathroom is extremely spacious and includes a tub shower combo. The kitchen has all brand new soft brown cabinetry, full sized appliances to include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with a flat screen tv, separate dining table and slider door access to the serene marsh facing balcony. You’ll love to have coffee in the morning and listen to the wildlife. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is an oceanfront resort that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis courts with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, and community grills. Great location, very nice accommodations. First floor access made it very convenient and accessible for those with limited mobility. Owner was very hands on to make sure all needs were met. Would definitely book again in the future.

Very nice accommodations for my elderly parents visiting the island. First floor unit, so limited stairs to navigate were a bonus. Very comfortable and inviting decor. Minutes walk from the beach, as well as the neighborhood restaurant, coconutz.
Owner was very hands on to make sure their stay was up to their liking. Would definitely book here again.
