Description
Excellent 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome. "Seas the Day" is located in Ocean Gate, just a quick 3 minute walk to a quiet residential beach and near the back gate of Sea Pines. The main floor of this unit features an open dining and living area, updated kitchen stocked with all of your cooking essentials, powder room, and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Sliders doors offer plenty of natural light and open to the back deck with dining table and grill, just steps from the updated community pool and tennis courts.
The bedrooms are both located on the second floor along with a bonus loft space. The owners suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, and private en suite bath. The guest room offer s a queen and twin bed, flat screen TV, and private bath.
Ocean Gate villas consists of 15 villas in a beautiful natural landscaped setting, each with two bedrooms.
Some amenities include a very private pool centrally located, as well as one tennis court for owners and guests to use.
Ocean Gate is located off of South Forest Beach and is a very short walk to the beach and steps to the Sea Pines South Gate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the description of this unit is spot on. The size is perfect for up to 4 people but you could squeeze a few more in if you needed to. Having a private bath for each bedroom is convenient. It is conveniently located to Restaurants and shopping - you can ride a bike to caligny plaza in 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach in 10ish minutes but we learned the hard way the trail is difficult to find in the dark. :-) I think this is a good value and would recommend it if the photos appeal to you.

Just a very nice and updated place that shows better than the description for sure. Great proximity to the beach and other offerings but still quiet and peaceful. Great experience and and great communication.

This property was in a great location. Short walk to the beach and easy access to the pool. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and loved the uncrowned beach and ability to cookout after a long day of playing at the beach and swimming.
