Beach Haven - S Forest Beach
Description
"Beach Haven" in South Forest Beach near the back gate of Sea Pines, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Ocean Gate townhome is the perfect place to stay for your next beach getaway. A 5 minute stroll down the beach path takes you to a quiet stretch of Hilton Head’s 12 miles of pristine beach. Ocean Gate is a complex of 15 villas, close to all conveniences and adjoining the island’s famous network of bike paths. Nestled among the pines, the complex has its own pool, a court marked for both tennis and pickle ball and a basketball net. Coligny Plaza, with its restaurants, bars, shops and a movie theater is just a short bike ride away.
8 Ocean Gate has a deck with outdoor dining furniture, chairs and gas BBQ, overlooking the garden and pool. There are 2 assigned parking spaces. The unit has been decorated in a quality, coastal style. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat and armchair, 50” flat screen TV and well stocked bookshelves. The dining table seats 6. The remodelled kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and has a sunny eating area with table. There is a washer/dryer and washroom on the entry level.
On the 2nd level the owners suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom suite has a queen and a single bed and the loft area has a desk, chair and love seat sofa bed which pulls out to provide an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are equipped with 39” flat panel TV’s.

Very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and nicely decorated, a large deck with a lot furniture, very nice swimming pool, quiet and close to the beach.

Our stay was awesome. The house was exactly as shown online. Beautiful! Easy walk to the beach about 4 minutes. Would be glad to stay here again.

We have stayed many times at the Ocean Gate Villas. We enjoy the quick walk to the beach and the fact that the beach is not too crowded. The pool and grounds are also well cared for. The condo itself has all the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The community was quiet, the beach access was convenient and the the walking path was great. The condo was very clean and well furnished. We loved the area, but it is not walkable to any restaurants etc. The master suite was very nice and the kids' room with on suite bath worked nicely. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect!! We had two adults, two teenagers, and a 9 yr old and everyone was happy with this Villa. It was exactly like the listing. We loved that the pool was so close and was never busy.

Great location, one block from the beach. Keyless entry so nice, don't have to worry about misplacing or taking keys everywhere. Very clean and well stocked.
