The Beachcomber - Fish Haul Beach
Description
Welcome to "Beachcomber"! A newly renovated two bedroom, two bathroom villa. You will enjoy the Peaceful views from the porch and master bedroom of lush landscaping and the tennis courts. Enjoy eating and sipping your favorite beverage at the porch bar. Take in the sandy beach The Spa, which is a semi-private protected natural beach between Fish Haul and Mitchelville.
This villa's owners suite has a king bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle bed. The 2nd bathroom, adjacent to the main living area, can be closed off to make another ensuite bath for the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and utensils you will need, stainless steel dishwasher and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. Open floor plan to the living and dining area with a 6 seat dinette and additional seating on the screened-in porch. Some beach chairs and towels are provided. Please wash, dry and put away these items at the end of your stay for the next guest to use.
Amenities of The Spa include 2 outside pools, indoor heated pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a workout room (8am - 4pm) and basketball court. The Property is Gated with 24 hour Security guard and offers an abundance of HHI's natural wildlife. Perfect for a family during your next vacation to Hilton Head! Resort Rules and Regulations for the Spa on Port Royal sound will be provided to you in your unit or available by request prior to booking. Such rules include but are not limited to; vehicle regulations and no open containers of alcohol or glass by the pool area.
The Spa is located on the North end of the island directly on Port Royal sound. Though the area feels very secluded it is a quick ride to many restaurants and shops as well as a movie theater. Each unit is allowed up to 2 parking passes and each pass is $20 (cash only). Passes must be purchased at the gate upon arrival and only cash is accepted.
For added safety during your stay, note that there is a video doorbell that is located near the front door upon entry. This device records audio and video, so feel free to say hi!

Enjoyed a great stay here. You’re literally a 5 minute casual walk away from the beach. The pools are very nice. Interior decor was nice. Furniture was comfortable. Beds slept well. Would recommend!

We were happy with our stay at Spa 3232. The location was ideal. The property is located at the northern end of HHI in a very quiet area. Everything was in a short driving distance. The condo was clean upon arrival and had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cost per night was right in line with what you get. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for making it an enjoyable visit.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and steps from the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. We would definitely come back!

Very clean and great price for being on a semi-private beach and 2 outdoor pools! Not busy at all. Very friendly area. Had to call the emergency number on our check in email at 1 am when we got here bc our door code didn’t work and they were so nice! We will stay here again!

Great value for our family of 5. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Nice furniture in the living area. It is an older property so things like fixtures inside and the building exterior look dated. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were nice. The complex has direct access to the beach but this unit is at the far end of the complex so it is about a 7 minute walk. The beach was not crowded and as the owner mentioned there is a variety of wildlife to discover. We really enjoyed that! We didn't cook much but if you are planning on fixing your own meals you might bring some cookware. An earlier review mentioned a problem with getting into the complex because of a problem with the parking pass. We had no problem so I think that has been fixed. Once again this was a great value for our family and we loved it. For those looking to stay in the north part of HHI this is a great option.
