Nestled on the first floor of Ocean Villa C at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this thoughtfully designed one-bedroom retreat offers easy, breezy living just moments from the best of the island. Step inside and feel instantly at ease in a space where no detail was overlooked. The serene bedroom suite features a plush queen-size bed, a Smart TV for relaxed evenings, and chic coastal-inspired décor that sets the tone for your stay. For additional guests, you’ll find both a twin bed tucked into the hallway nook and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—offering flexible comfort for families or friends traveling together. The spacious bathroom includes a classic tub/shower combo perfect for rinsing off salt, sand, and sunshine after a day at nearby Folly Field Beach. At the center of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen features full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink—everything you need for anything from quick beach snacks to relaxed dinners. Whether you prefer a morning pour from the Keurig or a classic drip coffee, your day starts just right here. The open living area is bright and welcoming, complete with a second Smart TV and cable for easy entertainment. Step onto your private first-floor balcony and take in the peaceful marsh views where morning coffee comes with the soft sounds of coastal wildlife and evenings wind down in golden, quiet beauty. It’s the kind of spot that gently invites you to slow down and stay awhile. During your stay, you’ll enjoy private WiFi and thoughtful starter essentials to make your visit seamless and stress-free—from toiletries and paper goods to laundry supplies and fresh bath towels. We provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00. When it’s time to explore, the resort delivers endless ways to play and unwind. Spend your days lounging by the island’s largest pool, enjoy a match on the lighted tennis or pickleball courts, or take a leisurely bike ride through the grounds. There’s a playground for younger guests, grilling areas for laid-back cookouts, and even a second pool near Admiral’s Row for a change of scenery. When you’re ready for a bite or a drink, Jamaica Joez, a beloved island tiki bar, offers lively energy, refreshing cocktails, and a full menu just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach. Speaking of the beach, you’ll be all set for a perfect day in the sand. PALMETTO BREEZE provides umbrellas, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, and sand toys. Just let us know if you’ll need a beach wagon to carry it all with ease. Want to explore beyond the resort? The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday. Please note: this resort has strict PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, and VAPE-FREE policies, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. A limit of two car passes are available for you during your stay.
