Description
Beautifully updated and a short walk to the beach, this is the perfect home away from home for your next Hilton Head getaway! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom town home is located in Stones Throw from the Ocean off of Folly Beach Rd. it has everything you could possibly want on your vacation.
This property is pet friendly for 1 dog up to 35lbs. There is an additional $100 pet fee. This is usually collected separately from your reservation.
As you enter you will be greeted by the fully stocked, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. A Keurig coffee pot is offered for your convenience. Walking out of the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 5+ to enjoy a nice dinner after a trip to the beach and a family room which offers plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group to unwind and watch the game on a new flat screen tv.
The villa is located on the second floor. There is a balcony with seating so you can sit out to listen to music and enjoy the pool view. The bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. A washer/dryer is provided for you to use in the unit.
Stone's Throw from the Ocean is located mid Island and a short 5-7 minute walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance. Parking is assigned and includes 1 parking space with additional guest parking throughout the complex. The community pool is less than a 2 minute walk from the unit.

We rented a condo for end of February 1 part of March. Kinda was well equipped in the kitchen, has dishwasher and laundry. The balcony overlooks a lovely little dog park and pool. It was a quick three minute walk to the beach. If you didn't wanna walk there was ample parking at the beach. Condo was clean and well-equipped. We had one small minor problem which was quickly remedied bye Tracy.The condo is pet friendly, we took our dog. Lots of other dogs to play with. Everyone kept their dog on a leash. The bed was comfortable. Great condo, great price

We spent three weeks at Stones Throw with our small 12 pound dog. The best part of the condo was the balcony that overlooks the lovely park and pool. It was a short walk to the beach. If we didn't want to walk we could drive with ample parking at the beach. The condo was small but well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The bathroom is clean and supplied with plenty of towels.There was never a problem with parking. Our parking space was right by the door. The other folks in the condo development or respectful of our dog and everyone kept their dogs on the leash and cleaned up after them. I would highly recommend staying there.our customer service representative Tracy was wonderful. He communicated well answered all my problems. The one small problem we had was immediately rectified.

This cozy, pet-friendly condo was perfect for a short get away to Hilton Head! It was updated and very clean. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely enjoy staying here again during future visits to Hilton Head with our dog.

This is a lovely condo and perfect for 2! Location was awesome for us...a walk to the beach and bike rides to local restaurants and activities. For some, the walk might be a bit much with all the stuff people take to the beach. The decor and pics are very representative of the space...it's lovely, with lots of light and openish concept. The community is small, and a quiet, peaceful place, which we appreciated!!! The community pool was a nice amenity. We LOVED the bed...both the bed and pillows were super comfy and felt great after a long day at the beach! We would definitely come back!!!
